Mr. Paul Tessier , President & CEO – Mr. Tessier has over 30 years of business experience and is a dynamic business leader with proven results in the construction and outage sector with a focus on contractor control programs.  Paul was key in taking a company from $3M to over $114M in 5 years implementing a strategic acquisition and roll up strategy.

Mr. Scott Obrien , RAM Canadian Operations Manager – As Operations Manager, Mr. Obrien is responsible for data entry, accounts payable, payroll, managing the organizations HR, helping and creating organizational and program budgets, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Working with the Canadian management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Mr. Tello and Trabajos en Alturas are recognized for their contribution to safe operating criteria in many industrial sectors of the Mexican economy whereby the protection of human capital is paramount.  As with North American standards the Mexican Government also dictates safety and legislation standards related to working at heights.
