William (Bill) Graham, President & CEO
Bill Graham is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Rifco. He also co-founded the Company and served as COO up to June 2004 when he took on his current role. He is also the former President of Proven Leasing Corporation. Prior to Rifco, he spent 3 years as a Business Management consultant specializing in corporate strategies and transitions. In July 2010, Ernst & Young announced that Bill Graham was a finalist for “Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the Professional / Financial Services category for the Prairie Region.
Doug Decksheimer, VP & Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Decksheimer joined Rifco in April 2005. He brings ten years experience in senior management including expertise in product development, international marketing initiatives, strategic market planning and implementation, reseller training, and education programs. Mr. Decksheimer is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) as accredited by the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) Sales Institute.
Warren Van Orman, VP & Chief Financial Officer
Warren Van Orman is the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Rifco. He joined Rifco in 2017. He holds a Masters of Accountancy degree and is a CPA-CA. He joined Rifco in 2017 after an 11-year career in the Alberta Credit Union system, including 7 years as Vice President of Finance for Mountain View Credit Union. Prior to that he worked in public accounting with KPMG and Deloitte.
