Michael Alarcon, President and CEO – A visionary entrepreneur with a versatile domestic and international career spanning over 30 years involvement in a variety of industry sectors including government, aeronautics, financial services, health care and manufacturing. In private and corporate practice, Michel has advised several large North American and European clients on management concepts, plans, and practices; conducted reviews and audits that have resulted in actionable and focused recommendations. Michel has been involved in the sustainability field for the last four years promoting alternative green technology initiatives in the Americas and Europe.

Paul Jemmett, Senior VP – Special Projects – Paul has co-founded a number of companies since leaving the Canadian Military in 1988, after a 22 year career. He has over 25 years’ experience in the private sector in the development and delivery of training programs, management of quality assurance programs, project management, delivery of products and services to the marketplace, development of new markets, corporate documentation, contract administration, corporate security and customer service and help desk operations. In addition, he is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Management.

John Johnson, Senior VP – Operations – John has for many years been involved in managing and renovating major buildings first as VP Planning and Facilities of a 660,000 sq. ft. hospital which under his leadership was converted from an inpatient to an outpatient facility at a cost of approximately $70 M. Later, John was the Director of Facilities for the City of Kingston with 151 buildings in his portfolio. John has also served as Executive Director of Sustainability Kingston where he initiated a number of significant sustainability programs. John also does a lot of humanitarian work in Cuba and led the way for Cienfuegos, Cuba and Kingston to become sister cities.
