Industrial Engineer with a master’s degree in Mining and Processing Engineering from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Garcia has been involved in different areas of the mining industry acquiring expertise ranging from exploration to mining operation. Mr. Garcia was one of the founders and part of the team that took Lupaka Gold Corp. to the public stock market. He is an entrepreneur who has been working in the mining industry for more than 12 years. Currently, he leads a company that provides innovative cost-efficient equipment to the mining industry. Mr. Garcia is the founder of Minerales Buenavista and is responsible for obtaining all the required permits to start operations in the processing plant.

LUIS LOAYZA DEL CASTILLO, Legal and Permit Advisor

Mr. Loayza is a lawyer with over five years experience. Since completing his studies he has been dedicated entirely to mining law. Mr. Loayza worked for Titan del Peru for over 3 years. Titan is one of the most important small mining and plant operations in Southern Peru. Mr. Loayza is also the legal advisor for artisanal miners in south Peru and is the lawyer for the Small Miners Association in the Southern Region. Mr. Loayza has been part of Minerales Buenavista since inception working on obtaining all the required permits to start operations and building relationships between the Company and small miners.

Experienced mechanical engineer with more than 40 years in the mining industry. During his career, he has designed and built different processing plants, from 500 to 1200 tons per day capacity. Mr. Garcia is very well known in the mining industry in Peru. Mr. Garcia is also an entrepreneur and founder of one of the biggest drilling companies in Peru. Mr. Garcia is currently the technical advisor for Minerales Buenavista in designing the most efficient processing plant for the company.
