Alan Jaskolka

Alan acts as the principal brokers for CMI. He has been involved in real estate in many capacities for over 35 years with expertise ranging from real estate brokerage, property management, real estate software consulting & development financing.

He is the founder & CEO of CMI’s group of companies with experience ranging in mortgage brokerage compliance, corporate oversight & management, development financing, commercial financing & TARION custom home construction.

 

Bryan Jaskolka

Bryan has been the managing executive of the CMI Group of companies since 2005. Starting out as a mortgage brokerage, CMI has expanded to include multiple additional divisions which include Canadian Lending Inc (a direct private lender to the mortgage brokerage industry) & Canadian servicing Inc (a licenced mortgage administrator). Bryan Jaskolka has also been involved with thousands of mortgage transactions & has expertise in residential and commercial financing.
